Forschungsseminare

Alle Abteilungen veranstalten regelmäßig eigene Forschungsseminare mit thematischen Schwerpunkten, in denen aktuelle Forschungsthemen vorgestellt und diskutiert werden. Die Seminare stehen in der Regel auch den Studierenden der Goethe Universität nach vorheriger Anmeldung offen. Das von Stefan Vogenauer und Matilde Cazzola ausgerichtete Seminar widmet sich aktuellen Forschungsansätzen zum Legal Transfer in the Common Law World. Die Abteilung Historische Normativitätsregime  veranstaltet ein 'Research Colloquium on Global Legal History', das gemeinsam von Thomas Duve und Manuel Bastias Saavedras organisiert wird.

Das zusammen mit der Akademie der Wissenschaften Mainz und der Goethe Universität betriebene Langzeitprojekt zur Schule von Salamanca bietet ebenfalls ein regelmäßiges Forschungsseminar unter der Leitung von Christiane Birr und José Luis Egío García an. Im 'Seminario Permanente' werden die laufenden Forschungsvorhaben zur Rechtsgeschichte Iberoamerikas am Institut präsentiert. Das Seminar findet regelmäßig in spanischer Sprache statt und wird von Pilar Mejia organisiert.
