Current Research in Legal History and Legal Theory

‘Current Research in Legal History’ is a regular series of events that offers the mpilhlt’s visitors and scholarship-holders the opportunity to discuss their current research projects with the Institute’s researchers. Speakers are asked to explore the connections between their work and the mpilhlt's current research questions and themes, thus contributing to broadening the perspectives of the relevant Research Fields. ‘Current Research in Legal History and Legal Theory‘ is an important platform for international and interdisciplinary research at the Institute and is part of our efforts to create a global network of researchers working on legal history and legal theory.
