Normative repertoires in long-term developments of labour relations
Normativity is an integral element of (labour) practices. If we refrain from identifying ‘labour law’ with state law, a large historical field opens up of normative structuring of labour relations, the study of which is just restricted by the availability of sources. What patterns can be observed in the long-term developments of (Western-European) normative models that, concurrently and competitively, have been co-constituting practices of labour relations? If you are interested, please contact us at wolf@lhlt.mpg.de by April 8, 2024.
