New at the institute: Stephen Aranha

Stephen B. Aranha, previously Assistant Professor of History at the College of the Bahamas, is a doctoral student at the MPIeR. He is examining how the constitution and ancillary legislation such as nationality, immigration or election laws in the Bahamas have shaped the relationship between the state and the people in it during the transition from colonial territory to independent nation.
