A reading experience

One of the Institute's publications selected as one of the »Juridical Books of the Year«

»A reading experience«, »richly illustrated« and »cleverly composed« were just some of the expressions used to convey the jury’s decision regarding Daniel Damler’s monograph »Konzern und Moderne. Die verbundene juristische Person in der visuellen Kultur 1880–1980 «, which together with six other new publications were selected for the honour » Juristische Bücher des Jahres« (Juridical Books of the Year). As every year, the selection committee’s decision, including discussions of the individual works, was published as reading recommendations in the »Neue Juristische Wochenschrift« (NJW, Issue 41/2017, p. 2971 ff.). The book appeared as volume 300 in the Institute’s series »Studien zur europäischen Rechtsgeschichte«.
