Ius Commune (1967 - 2001)

Ius Commune, journal for European legal history, was published between 1967 and 2001 with 28 volumes by Klostermann Verlag. Initially designed by Helmut Coing as an "in house paper" of the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History, Ius Commune developed into an worldwide acknowledged journal on legal history.

In the "Digital Library" of the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History all articles, reports, notes and reviews can be downloaded as image-scans (pdf-files).

Rechtshistorisches Journal (1982 - 2001)

The Rechtshistorisches Journal was published between 1982 and 2001 by Löwenklau Gesellschaft e.V. Frankfurt am Main and edited by Dieter Simon.
