International Conference: The Emergence and Transformation of Foreign Policy

The second international conference of the project “The Emergence and Transformation of Foreign Policy” of the Cluster of Excellence "Normative Orders" will be held at the Max-Planck-Institute for European legal history. The topic of the conference is the analysis of foreign policy as contingent historical practice.
